Somewhere along the design road, Trek crossed paths with an épinglé. The deep ridges formed by the thick cotton weft combine with a strié rayon warp to give this file weave the look and texture of an épinglé—but at a very reasonable price. A design discovery in itself, Trek’s eight colorways, including steely Time Machine and soothing Lost Horizon, carry the names of famous expeditions, albeit fictional, science fiction ones.
