Inside Sales Coordinator
The Inside Sales Coordinator will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives. This full-time position requires in-office presence to collaborate with Sales and Customer Service working to conduct projects, and product management. You must be comfortable making several phone calls per day, follow-up with the client and generating new clients’ interest for Brentano Agent Reps. You will also be expected to qualify new prospects and offer gained insights to help close sales. This position will source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, help our Agent/Reps identify contacts/decision makers via outbound cold calls to new prospects & to our existing client list and emails to help them attain in-person appointments. Understand our client’s needs and requirements, has ability to learn and retain the knowledge of company products and its application. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking a savvy and detail oriented individual to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will have strong customer focus and ability to process and interpret significant amounts of data on a daily basis. Our new team member must have excellent written and spoken communication skills and be an assertive critical thinker. The ideal person will have an approachable personality, collaborate easily with peers and have a natural interest in going above and beyond.
As part of the team, you will work with 4-5 customer service representatives to process all orders and client requests received on a daily basis. You will serve as the main point of contact for our outside sales reps and clients for order related inquiries. In this role, you will be required to have a working knowledge or our products and industry and be able to answer basic inquiries related to our textile line. You must be comfortable with heavy phone and email traffic to be successful in this position.
Samples Shipping and Receiving Representative
The Samples Shipping and Receiving Representative will be required to work with our Sample Warehouse personnel to process inbound and outbound sample requests and maintain open lines of communication with our Reps and Clients.
This position will be required to receive and pull orders, pack and ship sample requests, inspect orders for accuracy, count inventory, track orders, document orders with shipping numbers and identify status with Clients and Reps. The ideal candidate has exemplary customer service skills and prefers an active job that involves continuous movement, standing and working with your hands. The Sample Service Representative must be a friendly individual with both the physical and mental acumen to coordinate and prioritize multiple, simultaneous projects on a day to day basis. Excellent people skills are required to maintain good working relationships with coworkers across departments and with our outside sales reps.
