This elegant, 54″ semi-sheer drapery is woven from 100% natural bamboo fiber that has previously been used primarily in apparel textiles. In contrast to bamboo viscose, the natural bamboo fiber maintain bamboo’s inherent characteristic of a luxurious luster, excellent moisture absorbency, resistance to microorganisms and sunlight, and is a deodorizer. The fine yarn is structurally similar to linen shares the qualities of a supple hand and outstanding drape. Bamboo is a rapidly renewable resource and is retted with enzymes, making Silhouette a part of the Brentano Green fabric label and eligible for possible LEED points.
