Loft makes a lovely sofa fabric; but the true beauty of the textile lies in its performance. A cotton chenille in the weft gives the fabric the softness of a natural fiber, yet it performs better than a viscose chenille. Then, cross-linked onto the fibers (including the rayon warp) for more durable protection than a topical treatment, a stain resistant finish protects the fabric. The eight usable, neutral colorways of Loft fit comfortable, residential installations where soiling is a concern. The 54” upholstery fabric exceeds 50,000 double rubs (Wyzenbeek).
