Comprised of a melange of fibers, the raffia yarn twisted with a knitted yarn pops up in places and hides in others, changing colors as it goes. The cotton chenille in the weft combines with bamboo in the warp, giving Hideaway a total of 60% green fiber content, including 42% organic cotton that is GOTS,Global Organic Textile Standard, compliant. The rich texture and comfortable hand — combined with a touch of crispness from the raffia — makes it perfect for upholstery on sofas or other corporate high-end environments. Hideaway measures 54″ and passes 27,000 double rubs. The contents that make up Hideaway are considered rapidly renewable resources and as such this textile is eligible for possible LEED points.
