We know how difficult the last few weeks have been for everyone, and we know you are all eager to resume business as soon as possible, in the safest way possible, the team at Brentano feels the same. The Governor of Illinois announced at the end of last week that some businesses might be able to resume a degree of operations come May, thankfully Brentano has been deemed one of those businesses, and we look forward to partially reopening on May 4th.
While we will begin to resume a degree of normalcy, we will be adhering to strict but necessary social distancing and other COVID-19 related health and safety guidelines, which include providing masks for all our employees, installing sanitation stations and allowing time for daily cleaning of all our facilities. Therefore, while all our departments, such as customer service, sampling, shipping, etc. will resume regular hours, there will still be a delay as we will begin by shipping orders received during the ‘shelter-in-place’ first, with new P.O.’s being processed and shipped in the order they are received.
We have one very important request for our clients who have placed orders during the weeks our headquarters has been closed; if you have received an order acknowledgment can you please confirm that your receiver is open and available to receive shipments. This is very important to expedite your order and to ensure you don’t incur any additional shipping fees.
We apologize, we know this has been a frustrating time for everyone, and we know you are all ready to get back to your clients and your projects, so please know we will be working around the clock to try and ensure we can get back to full capacity and our regular shipping lead times as soon as we possibly can.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to your local representative, all of whom are listed on our website under showrooms.

All of us at Brentano want to thank you for your constant support during this challenging time, and we wish you and your families the very best. We hope everyone continues to stay safe and well, and don’t hesitate to reach out; we’re happy to help in any way we can.
All the best,
The Team at Brentano
