Brentano Debuts at Decorex International
American textile line exhibits in London with European partner Altfield

This September, 22 – 25, Decorex International opened at a new location, Perk’s Field and the Orangery in Kensington Palace. It was a first for the high end London design show — and a first for Brentano who also debuted at Decorex this year with their signature display of beautiful and high-performance textiles.

Against a clean, tailored backdrop (like the platform for all of Brentano’s appearances, including the HD Expo and NeoCon this year), US National Sales Manager Jeff Frank introduced the record-breaking crowds to the line’s luxurious residential, outdoor and drapery fabrics. The designer patterns and trend-setting colors marked Brentano as an American line; and when asked, everyone agreed, "Oh, yes, that’s a good thing."

Brentano’s display joined a larger stand of Altfield brands, their strongest presence at Decorex to date, including Brochier, Glant, Innovations, Moore & Giles, Pollack, thesign, Weitzner, and Westbury Textiles. In their week together — a rare occurrence — the multiline representatives exchanged ideas and brainstormed ways to approach the European market.

Altfield has represented Brentano in the UK, France and Germany since 2006. Their dedication to quality and service in the fine furnishings industry makes them an ideal partner for Brentano in Europe, and their management of this year’s Decorex appearance set a predictably high standard for Brentano’s future at the show.

Brentano presented a clean, polished booth for their Decorex debut.
