Our 30 year textile firm is currently hiring for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Supervisor. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. This position is responsible for the smooth operation of the customer service processes. This includes communicating with customers, team members, and sales representatives in a positive and constructive manner and providing leadership to the team in collaboration with the Customer Service Lead and Samples Department Lead.
